- 1 / 5By Jackee BrownWorst customer service ever. Ordered a pizza and was told 30-40 mins delivery time. It took 2 1/2 hours before the pizza was delivered cold. Manager called me the next day and apologized. Told me I could have two free pizzas to make up for the bad service. Called last week to place the delivery order and was told they didn't have a delivery driver. Called back again tonight and was told I didn't have any free pizzas under my name but they would give me half off. Ridiculous! Will never order from the Papa Johns again.February 22, 2017
