  Apparently Andrew Mason the "manager" doesn't mind if you get home and are missing part of your order. Simple enough, oyster dinner please add cocktail sauce. When the food was handed to me, I asked "are both tarter and cocktail sauce in the bag?", response is yes mam. 25 minutes later finally get home and no sauce. Not a huge deal in life, but I don't eat oysters without it. I spent $9 for a meal, I'm not driving all the way back out. So I call to let them know. This "manager" is like well it's just cocktail sauce! Is there anything else I can do for you. I ask if he's really the manager? And it's not sauce it's $9 at the end of the day I'm exhausted and want to eat and be with my family. In the background the peanut gallery yells, "it's just f-Ing cocktail sauce... Soooooo wow! Totally unprofessional. Who responds like that? The owner needs to push the restart on that night crew! I'm a business owner, I'd fire both of them, the manager and the foul mouth. In no way would I ever tolerate this type of customer service. Mistakes do happen. But it's how you respond that makes you and your company.
